Terms & text messaging

These terms apply to thestadiumidaho.com, operated by The Porter Group, a team of Finding 43 Real Estate, a licensed Idaho real estate brokerage, for The Stadium, a community developed by LandVest Idaho. By using the site you agree to them.

Text messaging terms

  • Program. The Porter Group sends text messages about The Stadium to people who agree to receive them on our inquiry form: replies to your inquiry, homesite availability, site tours and appointment reminders, and, only if you also agreed to marketing texts, news about new homesites, pricing, open houses and events.
  • Opting in is optional. You don't need to agree to texts to send an inquiry or to buy a homesite.
  • Frequency. Message frequency varies with your inquiry and with what's happening at The Stadium.
  • Cost. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Ask your wireless provider about your plan.
  • Stopping. You can cancel the text messages at any time. Just text “STOP” to (208) 247-3174. We'll send one message confirming that you've unsubscribed, and then no more. To join again, sign up again on our inquiry form or text “START”.
  • Help. Text “HELP” to (208) 247-3174, or email info@thestadiumidaho.com.
  • Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy.

About the information on this site

  • Homesite availability, prices and acreage come from the community's live inventory and can change at any time. Confirm the details with us before relying on them.
  • Renderings, amenity plans, 3D homes, home plans and floor plans are illustrations. They may change and are not a promise of what will be built. Amenities described as “coming soon” have no committed completion date.
  • Cost figures in the lot and home visualizer are rough estimates for planning, not quotes or offers. Builders set their own prices.
  • Drive times are measured without traffic and rounded; your trip may differ.
  • Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a contract. Any sale is subject to a written purchase agreement and to the community's recorded plat and CC&Rs, which govern if anything here differs.

Using the site

The photographs, renderings, drawings, video, text and design on this site belong to their owners and are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking. Don't misuse the site, for example by trying to disrupt it or by submitting other people's information.

Limits

We work to keep the site accurate and available but provide it as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using it or relying on it. These terms are governed by Idaho law.
